This is a high quality item. I did experience an issue at first, which I was initially frustrated about, but the level of support I received was unparalleled. I would absolutely recommend EZ 4x4 to others -- because of the quality of the actual hardware but even more so because of the quality of service. Fantastic product for my ford bronco. My only issue was the instructions could have been a little more detailed.
