EZ4X4 is proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an EZ4X4.com purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products as long as the transaction meets these certain basic conditions:

  • Item must have been purchased from EZ4X4, either on site or at a local event. Items purchased from non-authorized dealers — including but not limited to auction sites (eBay, Facebook, etc.) and/or secondhand dealers (Amazon “Used” and/or “Special Buy,” Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc.) — and/or sold under the category of “Used” are void of any claims for return and/or missing/replacement parts or warranty. Any expressed warranties are not transferable should the vehicle be sold or traded.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and received back in salable condition.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided with return.
  • Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.
  • Color matching items are not eligible for refund or return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Please note that all returns require prior authorization before any product is sent back. To begin the return process, please contact us so we can review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Returns received without prior authorization and a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing.
Upon receipt of your qualified return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the payment method used, less shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once we receive the original transaction funds from Shopify, which typically takes 7 to 14 days. Please note that the entire return process can take up to 21 days for the funds to reflect in your account. If your order was placed using a payment plan like Affirm, Afterpay, or ShopPay, please also allow up to 21 days to process your return or cancellation.
