When do I get my credits?

To account for returns or cancellations, there is a 30-day review period. Once that window passes and the sale is finalized, your credit will be added to your account and ready to use!

Do my credits expire?

Nope! Your earned credits do not expire as long as the program is active. If we ever decide to discontinue the referral program in the future, we’ll give you a heads-up with one month's notice so you have plenty of time to use your remaining credits on some new gear.

Can I refer myself?

Nice try! But no—referring yourself, members of your own household, or using your own link to buy products is against the rules and will get you removed from the program.

Where can I share my link?

Can I post my code on coupon sites?

What if a customer uses both my link and my code?

In that case, the coupon code takes priority for the referral credit. We don't allow "double rewards" on a single order.

How do I use my credits?
