I am so pleased with this door hoist. It is so easy to remove and store my Wrangler’s doors now. It is also so easy to put the doors back on now. My only gripe was that the assembly instructions weren’t great, and it wasn’t as easy to put together as my hard top hoist, but again, these are minor gripes. But overall, it wasn’t that hard to put together and the completed contraption is excellent.
This is without a doubt the best thing for someone who cannot lift the doors to remove and put them back without difficulty. It works exactly as the video shows. Though a little pricey this product is 100% worth it!
I’ll start with the bad and move on to the good. I want to say it took over 2 1/2 months for me to get my order. Updates on my order were few and far between. Once I started putting it together, parts of the instructions weren’t clear and don’t apply for the new (updated?) product that was sent. The same for the install video on the website! I would also handle it with caution. The paint peels and chips easily. Paint was missing on various pieces.
That being said, this is perfect! Once built, it feels very sturdy and is exactly the help I need to get my Jeep JLU doors off. There are parts that move to help with storage. I’m just waiting for updated instructions on what to do with the extra pieces they sent.
Wish this had been available 15 years ago!! Great back-saving device for us older Jeepers!!!
Lifts and stores doors with one person easily and safely.
I have not attempted to use the lift yet.
The assembly instructions were vague at best and the assembly hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) were not marked or labeled, so that made assembly harder than it needed to be, final assembly does seem to be very sturdy though.

Perfect for removing doors the easy way. I also used to support the doors while I replaced the hinges. Great flexible setup. Feels very secure. The adjustments are very well thought out.
Well worth the price. Easy to operate and very secure. Takes just a couple minutes to remove doors and keeps them from getting scratched. So glad I got this.
The product took me 2.5 hours to put together and some of the screws didn't line up well but eventually I got it. It works as advertized. So far I have only removed my doors. I am going to put Humpty Dumpty back together again tomorrow. If it goes well assume I am happy with it. If not I will come back and add to this.

Is the bottom of the door part where it sits, supposed to be slanted at an angle once the door is on it?
Pretty easy install but the pictures could be better. Every page says to watch the video before you do the install, but there isn’t a video on the website. No big deal, one quick phone call cleared up my confusion. I haven’t actually used it yet as I am waiting for my tube doors to arrive. As a Disabled Paralyzed Veteran, this is a God send as I will be able to get the doors off by myself and they store right there on the lift which doesn’t take up a lot of room in my crowded garage!
Recieved product, well packaged and exceptional timely delivery! Currently paused on assembly. Looks to be straight forward and easy assembly, and great instructions.
Will review more once warmer temps and better weather roll in.

If you are a year round or even part time hardtop person. Get this and don't wait. Best upgrade other than my front locker. Easy to install and flips up or down in seconds. Rain forecasted? No sweat. Warm on the way, cooler on the way home? Flip em back down before you leave. Zero regrets other than not purchasing them sooner.

Aluminum door cart
The door cart works great and stable. No longer have to worry about my doors when I have them off. Folds up when not in use and doesn’t take up any space. Does exactly what you need and highly recommend. Would definitely buy again!
Versatile way to organize the cargo area and VERY easy to install and operate. We previously had the Diabolical Slipstream cargo box and slide out tray and moved to the EZTRUNK and got this slide out to go with it. This slide is super easy to install, remove, and adjust heights. It truly compliments the EZTRUNK and I highly recommend getting this slide out.

The best money we have spent on this Jeep since we bought it. Very straightforward to install. Works perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this item. i used the tape. I used the same tape to hold my solar panels on my rv and they have lasted a long time so I have no fear of using the tape.
Way better than the competitors. Setup was easy and straight forward for the most part. Would have liked the handle by the gear, no clue why that was removed. Definitely glad I went with EZ4x4.
What a great lift !! I am paralyzed on my left side of my body due to a stroke. I have one hand and one arm that work,I was able to put this together in four hour by myself, I was able to take my doors off my top off in one hour and a half very sturdy and rolls super easy.

Worth it!
I looked at a competitor that was cheaper, but the design was noticeably flimsy compared to the EZ-4x4 version.
I am glad I spent a little more on something I can trust. Easy to install and easy to use. One day it will make my JK easier to sell, and for a better price.
