Very well built like all EZ4x4 products. This trunk is the perfect size to keep items secure when the top is off and folds down for full cargo storage use or can be taken completely out in minutes to return to full flat floor space.

Have a 2018 JL unlimited. The instructions were good and the YouTube videos out seemed old since it wasn’t what I expected it to be. HOWEVER! I called the number and spoke with the owner and we FaceTimed and answered my questions and confirmed the install was correct. It fits nice and snug, which I really like. No rattling at all and closing the tailgate gives you a very secure box. I did notice that you can’t install back the metal secure loop that you have to remove to install the ez trunk like they show on the YouTube videos. But I’ve never used them so no biggie.

Its an ok piece, adds a little more security when you have things. It will be useful when the Jeep goes naked in the summer.

Installed in a 2022 Sahara with woofer, took a while to figure out the directions, but got it fine in a couple hours, works well, would buy it again.

just installed and it was very easy. The only problem is the small three screw panel for the hardtop back windshield washer hose and power cable does not fit so I left off. Is there a fix or new panel for this application?

Product holds up to what was expected. Not the top of the line, but also not the top price point. My star deduction comes from the terrible instructions. I have it installed and it works, but I have no clue if it’s installed properly because the instructions were that bad.

I've had the EZTrunk in my 4dr 4xe for over a year now and it is rock solid - no rattling, no bowing, and basically impenetrable. Gives me a lot of piece of mind when I have the top off knowing everything I have back there is secure. Looks really good too!

I called first to make sure the EZ Trunk would fit my Rubicon JL 4xe. I was told no problem and it would definitely fit so I placed my order. Unfortunately it does not lie flat when folded down in this model. I’m assuming it is due to the battery under the rear seat and additional support required. The slope of the EZ Trunk when folded down is reasonable for functionality. Removal will be necessary to achieve a flat surface. Installation was easy and the security it adds when deployed gives me piece of mind that I’m far less likely to have someone break into my Jeep. This would be 5 stars had I known the limitation up front.

The packaging didn’t have instructions and the manufacturer doesn’t have an installation video but thees enough info out there to watch that helped. Installation was super easy and the project is great. No rattled in the open or closed position. So far so good!

If you are a year round or even part time hardtop person. Get this and don't wait. Best upgrade other than my front locker. Easy to install and flips up or down in seconds. Rain forecasted? No sweat. Warm on the way, cooler on the way home? Flip em back down before you leave. Zero regrets other than not purchasing them sooner.

Aluminum door cart
The door cart works great and stable. No longer have to worry about my doors when I have them off. Folds up when not in use and doesn’t take up any space. Does exactly what you need and highly recommend. Would definitely buy again!
Versatile way to organize the cargo area and VERY easy to install and operate. We previously had the Diabolical Slipstream cargo box and slide out tray and moved to the EZTRUNK and got this slide out to go with it. This slide is super easy to install, remove, and adjust heights. It truly compliments the EZTRUNK and I highly recommend getting this slide out.

The best money we have spent on this Jeep since we bought it. Very straightforward to install. Works perfectly. Can't say enough good things about this item. i used the tape. I used the same tape to hold my solar panels on my rv and they have lasted a long time so I have no fear of using the tape.
Way better than the competitors. Setup was easy and straight forward for the most part. Would have liked the handle by the gear, no clue why that was removed. Definitely glad I went with EZ4x4.
What a great lift !! I am paralyzed on my left side of my body due to a stroke. I have one hand and one arm that work,I was able to put this together in four hour by myself, I was able to take my doors off my top off in one hour and a half very sturdy and rolls super easy.

Worth it!
I looked at a competitor that was cheaper, but the design was noticeably flimsy compared to the EZ-4x4 version.
I am glad I spent a little more on something I can trust. Easy to install and easy to use. One day it will make my JK easier to sell, and for a better price.
